Short Bio: Sudhir Swamy is an independent business advisor and strategy consultant to startups, small & medium enterprises and non-profits. He has over 28 years of experience as a strategy consultant and business operations leader. Sudhir specializes in Business Planning, Strategic Project Management and Performance Improvement. He has successfully assisted several clients in growing their businesses sustainably and has multi-sector exposure – including automotive, education, engineering, healthcare, insurance, media & entertainment, non-profit, and technology and others. Sudhir was with Ernst & Young (EY), previously, for close to 18 years and last held the position of Associate Director – Performance Improvement. At EY, Sudhir advised clients including Fortune 500 companies, Government agencies, large diversified industrial groups, industry associations, SMEs and startups – in India and overseas. Prior to EY, he worked in the IT industry with companies specializing in simulation software, real-time systems and enterprise solutions. Sudhir is an Engineer by qualification, an Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) Alumni and a Certified Project Manager. He is also an ITF Certified Tennis coach and runs Hello Tennis, a coaching academy targeting children 10 years and under.
