Yes, it is Thanksgiving Day here in Canada. Did you know that a designated day of thanksgiving actually began in Canada? And when the Canadian government eventually made it a national holiday was officially declared it as, "A Day of General Thanksgiving to Almighty God for the blessings with which the people of Canada have been favoured."
