Today we hear Roger discuss his personal feelings about the harsh negative reviews for The Phantom Menace and the intense toll it took on some of the film’s actors. Roger also shares his most recent visit with George Lucas and Skywalker Ranch. Roger Christian won an Academy Award for Art Direction on Star Wars Episode IV as well as an Oscar nomination for his work in Alien. He has also directed the second units on both Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace. Roger is also the author of the in depth book: Cinema Alchemist : Designing Star Wars And Alien.
