#33 – I never look good on photos and videos!

Spotlight your TRUE self - A podcast by Michaela Kettner - Saturdays

I never like the way how I look when I have the webcam on and I would never ever make a post on Social Media where my face is straight in front of the camera!! Those could have been my words two years ago. Does that sound familiar to you? Do you also walk around with this “hopefully nobody sees me”-attitude? Merely not attracting too much attention… Nowadays I have fun to give speeches, to publish videos of those and to do photo shootings for my website and the new title picture of my podcast. And I really like the result. And guess what?! The way I look has not changed. But I did a major step during the last years to develop from a shy girl who liked it to hide in the background to a self-confident woman who gets visible and speaks up for their interest. In my new podcast episode, you hear the full story how I resolved my insecurities to show myself to others and what successes this transformation has brought me. And if I was able to boost my self-confidence and make this impressive development, you can do that as well! My video course “6 powerful tools to push your self-confidence” contains those tools, which have helped me the most and which are based on proven methods used in personal development coaching and NLP. You can work through the videos in your own pace in a safe environment. With the exercises you will identify your strengths, values and targets – and also which dogmas limit you. A better self-awareness is the basis for your (professional) success and a better communication with others! You can find my video course “6 powerful tools to push your self-confidence” under www.michaela-kettner.coach/my-offers. And if you are based in Helsinki, I would look forward to welcome you in my workshop about “How to set yourself the right targets and remove limiting dogmas so that you can really reach your goals”, which I will give on the 22nd September for the Helsinki Spouse Program. The event will be announced on the website, where you can also find all information about the Spouse Program: https://spouseprogram.fi/
