#23 – How to manage a personal crisis (unemployment, lockdown, etc.)

When I have recorded this episode two weeks ago, I did it based on the motivation to create hope for my listeners suffering from unemployment or from any other personal crisis caused by the pandemic or the covid-19 virus. I have gone through some dark moments during the last Christmas time and the beginning of 2022 myself, and I had the feeling that I want to share, how I have managed a mentally challenging time for myself. I would have never thought that two weeks later, at the point in time when I had planned to publish this episode, we would all face an even more horrible crisis. A war happening right next to us makes people once again feeling insecure, anxious, desperate, sad and powerless. My thoughts are as well with the people in Ukraine and also with everyone who is mentally suffering from this situation. Although it was not my plan to record a podcast episode with any relation to a geo-political issue, I nevertheless hope, that no matter what currently your biggest personal challenge is, this episode will help you a little bit to manage your feelings.
