K.J. Wright played 11 NFL seasons with the Seahawks and Raiders from 2011-2021. He was selected in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL Draft by Seattle after a stellar career at Mississippi State. During his decade-long stay with the Seahawks, he was a part of 2 NFC championship teams and won a Super Bowl in 2013.  The 2016 Pro Bowl selection signed a one day contract in July 2022 to officially retire from the NFL with the Seahawks and is now the host of the KJ ALL DAY show on YouTube.  Today on the podcast, we talk to K.J.
