Born in the Galapagos Islands, Ana is a chef who has cooked at some of the regions most prestigious restaurants, while Tom is the man behind Country Fire Kitchen, creating bespoke barbecue kit for aspiring asadors. Based in Wincanton, their passions and business combine with the area's exceptional food culture to produce truly inspiring cooking that's an event in itself.
