Every cyclists needs to do off-bike training. Period. After all, it is YOU that is actually pushing the pedals. And you need work. So naturally, when it comes time to do the work necessary to have a body that feels good, let alone works, the conversation of "Gym Time" get's brought up. Personally, I cant stand going to gyms. That's why I ride bikes outside. But I know that I want to be as healthy and fast as possible so I had to create my own GluteDoping Lab in my garage. Aka a home gym with just the essentials.
