Rose Gottemoller served as the Deputy Secretary General of NATO from 2016 to 2019. Currently, Ms. Gottemoeller is a Payne Distinguished Lecturer at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University’s Freeman Spogli Institute, as well as a Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution.
