Recently launching its OatUP oat "milk" product, Dr Cole discusses the company's next plant-based product in the works - its lupin protein. Using a patented process in collaboration with Curtin University, Wide Open Agriculture has produced a food grade lupin protein for incorporation in a variety of alternatives across meat, dairy, beverage and egg sectors.
