Resource Base IPO gives investors access to Black Range copper-gold project (w/ Shannon Green)

Resource Base executive chairman Shannon Green joins Small Caps to discuss the company's strategy behind the Black Range copper-gold project, which it is acquiring from Navarre Minerals (ASX: NML). To complete the Black Range acquisition and fund exploration, Resource Base has opened a $5-5.5 million IPO and aims to list on the ASX in early July. Proceeds will fund initial aggressive exploration at the Eclipse prospect within the project to quickly establish a resource. The company will trade under ASX ticker 'RBX'.
