Tony Sage joins Small Caps to discuss a number of business matters, including the lack of government support for junior explorers and the impacts of COVID-19. Tony has worked in Australia's mineral fields and boardrooms, across South America, Africa, China, South-East Asia, Russia and Eastern Europe. He is currently on the boards of ASX listed companies: Cauldron Energy, Fe Limited and Cape Lambert Resources. Tony's achievements include industry recognition as: •Executive of the Year •Mining Identity of the Year •Deal Maker of the Year. He's also been involved in publishing, fashion, broadcasting and most notably in sport, as the owner of Perth Glory FC. More recently he stepped away from a controversial deal that would have seen his football club merge with a London based Bitcoin agency which at the time triggered many doubtful looks from fans and commentators.
