Matador Mining (ASX: MZZ) raises $16m to expand Cape Ray gold exploration (w/ Ian Murray)

Matador Mining (ASX: MZZ) executive chairman Ian Murray joins Small Caps to discuss the company's recent $16 million capital raising and how it will help fast-track exploration plans for the Cape Ray gold project in Canada. The company recently staked five new prospective areas, adding 320sq km to its flagship project on the underexplored Cape Ray Shear in Newfoundland. Matador now plans to expand its current diamond drilling program and double the coverage of an airborne magnetics survey, taking into account a number of new priority targets.
