3D MetalForge poised for ASX debut after raising $10m in oversubscribed IPO (w/ Matthew Waterhouse)

3D MetalForge (ASX: 3MF) chief executive officer Matthew Waterhouse joins Small Caps to discuss the company's plans following its ASX debut later this month. As part of its IPO, 3D MetalForge is acquiring revenue generating additive manufacturing entity 3D Infra, which has a blue-chip client base and a highly experienced management team. 3D Infra has developed intelligent technology and processes to integrate additive manufacturing software, printers and material for an array of end-users.
