Slicko has smelled Spring and ran away from Bob and her cage. She runs up a tree and hides, but when it is time to eat, she cannot find any food anywhere. Slicko finds her way into the attic of Bob’s house after a long night of rain and cold and falls asleep. When she wakes up, it is dark, and she goes downstairs to get a drink. When she gets to the kitchen, she sees a man and thinks it is Bob’s father.
