The Type Eight guest this week is actually a pastor couple- Jimmy and Kristin Scroggins who have dedicated more than twelve years to create a Christ-centered community at Family Church and over 25 years in their home with their kids. Jimmy leads as an Enneagram Eight and Kristin leads as an Enneagram Two, so I thought it would be fabulous to hear the dynamic of using the Enneagram in marriage, parenting, and leadership.
