What your guests really want

We’ve been working on a guest survey to find out what our guests really want, and what they’d love us to do more of and anything we could stop doing that would improve their experience staying at our serviced apartments. This will be awesome to enable our guests to come back and have an even happier stay next time they book. Along with other recent events, it made me think that a valuable exercise in our own lives could make all the difference too.
