Asking For Help

Barak Obama said: “Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it. I do that every day. Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength. It shows you have the courage to admit when you don't know something, and to learn something new” If the former president is ok with it, then why do so many of us still have an issue with asking for help? This week Lauren and Nicole explore the reasons behind their reluctance to ask for and accept help and learn techniques to start asking for it effectively. Listen in to find out how they get on with this surprisingly challenging week.
