On May 25 - 29 2020, we had an online prāṇāyāma intensive. This was day 3. After a short invocation, there is a talk about using mantras to regulate the breathing count or rhythm and then a description of bandhas as the unified use of the whole body - particularly, for Mula Bandha, from the navel to the souls of the feet. The last pranayama, we practice a special technique mentally reciting the mantra Om Namah Shivaya several times for both exhalation & inhalation to make the breath long & subtle.
