We're delighted to be joined by the original Ultimate Beast in Springbok legend Pierre Spies, to hear his incredible story which has taken him from a close shave with death in 2006 and missing out on the world cup in 2007 to fighting back and becoming a SA legend and being the main clog in destroying the Lions in 2009. We also hear how his struggles on and off the field, have led him to nowadays being a Minister in the christian church back in SA. Most importantly he reveals his secrets on how became such a freak athlete - at 6ft 4", 111 kg and runs 100m in just 10.7 seconds. He is truly a once in a lifetime athlete!
