Growing demand for clean energy is leading to a significant increase in interest and investment in renewable energy initiatives, with US$358 billion invested worldwide in renewable energy projects in the first half of 2023. In the United States, the Inflation Reduction Act is driving substantial economic investment through tax incentives that aim to lower the costs of renewable energy projects. These are attracting foreign entities interested in participating in the clean energy transition.
