Fear Not: Mary

Fear happens when we put our faith in the wrong things. Fear is what keeps us from trusting God and stepping into the plan He has for our lives. It’s true for us and it was true for some key people in the biblical account of the Christmas story. Zechariah, the shepherds, Joseph, and Mary all came face to face with their fears and insecurities. But the angel said unto them, "fear not.” Fear not. Because in the midst of dealing with that which we fear the most, God is there. And He assures us that He is in control and that His perfect love conquers fear. In this special Christmas series we will come face to face with our fears—and face to face with the God who crushes them.
