For those who haven’t heard yet, American Home Shield claims to be a veteran company in the home warranty industry with over 45 years. They provide four comprehensive and customizable warranty plans. JOIN OUR MASTER CLASS A home warranty is an annual service contract that covers the cost to repair or replace parts of home appliances and systems that break down over time. With a Home Warranty, you pay a consistent monthly fee and a set Trade Service Call Fee when you request service. This seems to be a very convenient service. Homeowners won’t have to deal with unexpected home issues. When a covered item breaks, you can request service online or by phone. A qualified local contractor shows up to diagnose and fix the problem for you. Sounds good and easy, right? Personally, I’ve been selling this to my clients for years.
