South Korea faces another period of political uncertainty, with the third acting President in five months taking power, just weeks ahead of elections next month.  The Education Minister Lee Ju-ho stepped into the role, after the Prime Minister Han Duck-soo - who'd also been acting as President - stepped down, and announced his entry into the presidential race.
