Rachel has been running businesses for the past 18 years and in 2020 she sold her highly successful International Logistics Company and created FlexHomes. She spends her time between the South East where she lives, the North East where she invests and regularly visits the Kingdom of Bahrain where her husband lives and works. With an eclectic mix of industry backgrounds, traversing Aviation, Investment Banking, Technology, Construction and Property it was a long-held dream to enter the world of property full time. The COVID pandemic was the springboard she needed to put this dream into reality.
Her aim is to create opportunities for all within property, having started out with BTL’s, she now leverages different strategies, recently setting up a SA property in Northumberland and in early 2022 buying a Children’s Care home into her SSAS. A knowledgeable and avid fan of SSAS, having used it complete a Loan Back, Unconnected Third Party Loans and commercial acquisition.
