Latoya started out as a Real Estate agent working for a property investment company in New Zealand. After a few years she incorporated selling family homes via Auction and Deadline Sale which wasn't easy, but Latoya really enjoyed the challenge & learnt an awful lot really quickly.
In 2009, Latoya moved to Cornwall & in 2012 I created her own property company, called Harcourt White – to date it’s been one of the most rewarding challenges in her career (by this she means it’s been hard work!).
Latoyas goal is:
- to buy more outdated-and-rundown properties
- refurbish them to a high standard
- and rent them to tenants who need accommodation in Cornwall
