She is an accomplished interior designer and has travelled the world designing and delivering commercial,residential, hotel and restaurant projects for clients. Cathy spent two years working with a Cheshire based developer which fuelled her desire to step up her development aspirations as well as providing invaluable experience and a great learning experience. She continues to practice as an architect and has her own consultancy business. Cathy, and husband Simon, founded their property development company in 2018 with the aim providing good quality, well designed, happy healthy homes for their tenants. She is particularly interested in sustainability and low energy buildings for both her clients and her own portfolio and recently completed the first A EPC rated co-living home in the Northwest. Simon and Cathy are currently restoring and extending their own Grade 2 listed townhouse in Macclesfield alongside building their property portfolio. They enjoy walking in the surrounding hills with their dogs and friends, art, travel and collaborating with other like-minded property professionals. Want to find out more?
