Richiko spent over 15 years in the global corporate world working in the airline and hospitality industry in various management positions, leading teams and transforming businesses. A global restructure in 2017 in the company she worked for became the catalyst to explore her entrepreneurial side as Richiko started her first business in e-commerce. Since then, she has moved to building her property investment business, acquiring her first investment property at the end of 2019. Richiko has now built a portfolio of buy-to-let, HMO and Serviced Accommodation properties and is in the process of securing her first development project.
