Our guest, Claire Carmona, Operating Unit Manager of the Gas-Insulated Switchgear factory in Europe, guides us through the manufacturing process and shares the ins and outs of a state-of-the-art factory. --- Claire Carmona is the Operating Unit Manager for Gas-Insulated Switchgear in Hub Business Unit Europe at Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage Products business. She holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris and a master’s degree in management, technology, and economics from ETH Zurich. Claire started her career with Hitachi Energy as a Management Trainee in 2006 and has since held different general management positions in service. She is very passionate about her work and is loves to help to solve the world’s energy challenges.
