Travel Light | Part 2

The questions of "who am I?", "do I matter?", and "where do I belong?" swirl around in our heads all of the time. Almost from birth, we're told that we must perform to gain approval and produce to be loved. Our performance bags leave us questioning our worth, developing a pattern of constant competition, living with not-step pressure, and shrinking back while losing self-confidence. Faith isn't about what we do for God but what God, through Christ, has done for us. We need to remember and remind each other that our identity is not rooted in our performance but our relationship with Jesus. We all struggle under the weight of baggage, but God is in the transformation business and invites us to drop them and live free.
