Beautiful Tea
Beautiful is the only word to describe this weeks tea, Mood Indigo by Daughters of Botany. Using the old fashioned postal service and modern day video calls I have a guest outside of my lockdown bubble! The wonderful Nicole Rogers, horticulture enthusiast (the woman owns a genuine greenhouse!) and yoga teacher, joins me to discuss this blue tea delight. We talk gardens in episode 37 and discuss the inspired combination of yoga and the sea whilst sipping a hot brew that is as beautiful as its namesake's music.
