In this week's Q&A Episode we had some amazing questions! Thank you to all who submitted.  To get your question on the show email: [email protected] This week's questions:  1. If my estradiol is less than 5 and FSH is 87, is that a clinical indicator of menopause? (No menses for 13 months). I have no symptoms (except I feel great) but wonder when HRT is recommended for bones, vascular system, etc. Also, what type? Does it have to be systemic? I’m sensitive to hormones and medications. 2. I am interested in info about facial injections. I need them around my mouth eyes and forehead. I am thinking Botox but don't know much about it. I may also be interested in a lip filler. 3. I have the methylation gene (MTHFR) on The Cleveland Heart Panel. What does that mean and what should I do? 4. Why are you a fan of body contouring?
