About Mercedes Murphy: Mercedes Murphy (Writer/Director) has directed theater and dance at various venues including the Moscow Art Theater, Lincoln Center Outdoors, PS 122, the Vineyard Theater, the Market Theater and the American Repertory Theatre. Mercedes' work has toured throughout Europe. She has worked as an Art Director for music videos and collaborated with artists including Coleman Hough, Jody Oberfelder, Robert Woodruff, Jay Scheib and John Bucchino. Mercedes was the resident director at the New Opera and Musical Theater Initiative in Boston and is the Founding Artistic Director of Théâtre Trouvé. She has taught at the New York Film Academy, Montclair State University and Harvard University.  --- Come say hi to us!
