Throat Chakra Healing and Activation Guided Meditation

Today we are going to be healing and activating your Throat chakra. I find that the throat center is extremely blocked in humanity and yet it is a very critical center, a center of self-expression, communication, a center of knowing, a center of cause and effect, a center of our personal truth, and when we are blocked from our personal truth, when we are blocked from expressing who we are often times it feels like we are living in an empty shell of a life, it feels like we are not on the path, it feels like we are not maximizing our potential. Today we will do a journey together that would help you upgrade the energies in your throat chakra, do some healing as well as activation of the throat chakra so that you can live a happier life.
