Real Sociedad booked their place in the knockout stage for the first time since 2004 after impressively beating Benfica 3-1, becoming one of four teams to qualify for the last 16 on Wednesday. A Harry Kane brace ensured Bayern’s progression, while Real Madrid and Inter sealed their spots with victories.
