Twomey confirms he has lodged his appeal, and then may take legal action if that appeal should fail. Nick and Jane also pick up on two interesting pedigree stories in the trade press, considering whether Stradivarius can indeed fulfil owner Bjorn Neilsen's dream of becoming a successful stallion.
