Nick is joined by David Yates, 'Newsboy' of the Daily Mirror, to discuss the latest horseracing news, focussing chiefly on the recent debate on how the sport should best be marketed and whether (see earlier editions this month) there is an issue surrounding the alienation of a supposed core audience. GBR and BCS Chief Executive Rod Street issued a sharp rejoinder to this on social media yesterday, and joins Nick for a wide ranging interview this morning. Later in the show, Nick also talks to owner/breeder John Dance, who is establishing his new base in Middleham and who was responsible for buying the top lot at yesterday's GoffsUK Sale at Doncaster.
