Grenfell Fire: All 72 deaths were avoidable, inquiry finds

The report into one of Britain's worst ever residential fires at Grenfell Tower in 2017, says 72 people died unnecessarily in the cladding-fuelled blaze. It blamed dishonest companies and indifferent authorities.
