Five Thing I Wish I Knew (before sh*t got real) with Rebecca Oxtoby

This week’s episode is a stonker and I think you are going to love it! Bex, aka mother of one and author of Mums the Word – The Sh*t nobody tells you until its too late (which you can buy on amazon here!). Her book is a super funny, honest A-Z of real motherhood, it had me in stitches and at some times feeling all emotional.  For the episode I asked her to pick 5 topics from the book to share them with you guys! We talk all about feelings of underwhelm, our feelings about our bodies, judgement, baby brain (although as I argue in the episode toddler brain is worse?!) and that feeling of loosing yourself in motherhood. I am sure there is going to be A LOT of nodding along with this episode so please check it out and give Bex a follow in the meantime!  Bex’s Instagram - @bookmumstheword Also don’t forget you can be a podcast Patreon!! The details can all be found here.
