I know, I know, we pride ourselves on supporting locally owned restaurants. Why do we have Craig Barber from O'Chucks on the podcast. Well, the answer is simple, he's brilliant. He lead 14,000 employees, and 254 restaurants through the largest challenge any of us have experienced. We really enjoyed talking candidly about how he was able to do it, and how his initiative to help the local community brought him to tears.
