Chef Brian is someone who we have been very excited to talk to ever since he took over the Executive Chef in the middle of the pandemic. He talks in the interview about growing up in Florida, his love for football, when he knew he wanted to be a chef, and why. He also walks us through the journey to get to where he is now.
