In that time, she worked across continents from South America, Europe, and Asia. A lot of her work focuses on transition, M&A, and the impact on the people. Since the start of her career, she moved up to executive positions at companies like Samsung, Unilever, Dell, and Ooredoo Myanmar. She has a degree in psychology which looking at her successes, really supports the dynamics she brings as a Sr. HR Leader.  We know Cecile as someone who is there to enable others to be successful and, at the same time, a very creative executive with a great personality!
