On August 12 local time, Billboard revealed that TWICE’s 2024 hit “Strategy” had risen to a new peak of No. 69 on the Hot 100, its weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States. “Strategy” rose to No. 74 on the chart last week after initially debuting at No. 92. “Strategy,” which was originally released in December 2024 but has been enjoying a resurgence in popularity due to its inclusion on the “KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack, is TWICE’s highest-ranking full-group song to date on the Hot 100. Meanwhile, Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung’s version of the “KPop Demon Hunters” original song “Takedown” also climbed to a new peak of No. 66 in its fifth consecutive week on the Hot 100.
