This anger often comes out of nowhere, and is not consistent with your normal personality. Many people who experience this feel shame, and it can impact your relationships and the way that you’re functioning day to day. However, it doesn’t have to continue. She began pursuing this speciality after her own experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
