Breast Cancer with Georgia Spiliopoulou

Today we are talking about a very important topic, breast cancer and we feel extremely honoured to be speaking to an incredible woman who battled breast cancer last year. It is said that now 1 in 8 people develop this type of cancer, a stat that has massively grown over the last decade. In fact, an estimated 2.3 million females were diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020, accounting for approximately 24.5% of all cancer cases worldwide. In this episode, our guest, Georgia  Spiliopoulou, shares her journey and highlights tips and tricks on how we can know our bodies better and be on the look out for signs and symptoms.Coconut Oil: https://amzn.to/495u84YFind Georgia on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/undermyskin.22/Find Mother Tongue on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wearemothertongue/Find out more about breast cancer: https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-cancer/breast-cancerFind out more about M&S's post surgery bras: https://www.marksandspencer.com/ae/search?q=post+surgery&lang=en_AE
