In this episode I got to chat with my good buddy Neel Dhingra.  We first met on Instagram, and since then have created some cool content together, so it was only fitting that in this episode we talk about using social to create relationships and then take them offline, as well as how to use content marketing to scale your business. Neel Dhingra has been in the mortgage industry for 17 years, as a loan originator, sales manager and branch manager.  He currently manages a team based in Reno, NV and has offices in Las Vegas, NV and in the Bay Area, CA as well.  Neel and his team have consistently ranked in the top tier for volume for past decade, but recently hit a new level of growth based on his new marketing strategy.   Through consistent, effective content marketing on social media – Neel was able to quadruple his business and net income from 2018 to 2019, and continues to grow in 2020.
