Ukraine !

 I lay awake wondering how to make a podcast in the face of the war that began last week in Ukraine. What do I say ? How do I go on ? And then it came to me -  this podcast is a storytelling podcast. it's about how I'm feeling and what I'm doing and what strategies do I use to survive and maintain mental health.
