Wow. There's a lot of autobiographical stuff in this meditation. But it's a special day for me. so here it is;My life going on elsewhere is the key to this meditation. That in everything I'm doing there is something bigger than me calling me. So sometimes life feels like it's going on elsewhere, and it means I must change my life. I must listen to the heart, and follow it, no matter what chaos is that creates. the Source draws us forward, like the rays of the sun. and in old age and ill health I find the same thing. the Source calls me home to live in the body.Enjoy and have a great weekend.
