Good morning, welcome to another beautiful day on this earth. Pause Let's take these next 10 minutes to gift ourselves a moment of internal connection to the energy within us. Pause Getting Comfortable: Begin by taking a comfortable seated position on your mat or on the floor, with legs crossed in front of you. Pause Rest your hands in your lap, elbows relaxed. Pause Close your eyes and take this opportunity to simply connect with your breath. Pause Inhale, and exhale. Pause Connecting with the Day: Welcome this beautiful new day that has come upon us, waking up to the feeling of being alive, grateful to be here, to be able to breathe, to feel, and to be in the presence of the sun, the moon, and the earth. Pause Inhale and exhale, breathing in peace, calm, love, joy, and compassion. Pause Focusing on the Breath: Feel the sensations of each breath that you take, how it supports you, your body, and your life. Pause With your exhale, open your heart to gratitude. Pause Thank you for being here, for taking this time to disconnect and reconnect to the deeper vibration and frequency within you—the frequency of love, freedom, joy, kindness, and compassion. Pause Breathe in and let it go. Pause Deeper Connection: Give yourself permission to go deeper into this beautiful meditative state, feeling the sensations of your body and mind and letting go. Pause Let go of what's to come today, simply finding an opportunity to give thanks for this breath, this moment, and this life. Pause Inhale and exhale. Pause Staying Present: Open yourself to whatever comes through this meditation. Pause Whenever your mind begins to think of the future or the next moment, bring it back to yourself through that connection to the breath of life. Pause Inhale and exhale. Pause New Beginnings: May this day be a clean slate for your mind, your being, your actions, and your thoughts. Pause May this day bring you peace and an opportunity to start anew. Pause Breathe in and welcome the beautiful renewed energy within you and all around you. Pause In and out. Feel the energy, feel the breath, feel this moment. Pause Morning Mantra: In this state of true presence and blissful awareness, let's gently introduce a morning mantra to manifest and welcome positive and healing energy to guide us through the day. Pause Repeat this mantra in your mind or use it when you feel your mind wandering into thoughts or worries: Pause "Today is a beautiful day of opportunity. I am exactly where I need to be. I open myself to the universe and trust in the unfolding of my life."
