PAUSE… So let’s begin today by focusing on our breath Breathing in for 4 counts, and breathing out for 4 counts.  Breathe in, two, three, four. And breathe out, two, three, four. PAUSE… Breathe in again, two, three, four And breathe out again, two, three, four. PAUSE… Tune into this rhythm of breath. Enjoy the pauses between each inhalation and exhalation. Don't try to force it or control it. Just follow it and observe it. LONG PAUSE… Every cell is filling up with fresh life through your breath.  PAUSE… Your heart, your mind, your arms and legs, your voice, your eyes. PAUSE… You are animated through life force energy. PAUSE… Everything within you is at your gentle command, to support your expression.  PAUSE… to help you move and stand In your purpose In your strength In your truth.
